Ribeye Balearics, the appointed dealers of Ribeye RIB’s in the Balearics Islands is to offer Charter RIB’s for the 2007 season. The Company, based in Palma, Mallorca and with offices in Mahon, Minorca will be offering both daily and weekly charter on Ribeye 650 and 785 Sports Ribs. The boats will be finished to a very high specification and are powered by Yamaha’s range of four stroke outboards.

John Apps, Managing Director of Ribeye Balearics, says:

" Every year we are approached by both holidaymakers and owners of larger Yachts and Super-yachts, asking whether we are able to rent them a RIB for a day / week etc. There seems to be a shortage of good boats available and so we thought it would be sensible to have Ribeyes "Top of the Range" offerings available to them.

The new Charter Fleet will also offer RIB owners coming into the market an opportunity to realise a return on their investment. By "buying to charter" an owner can realistically expect to get cost free boating every year, as well as making profit which can be used to offset the original cost of purchase.

We are looking forward to opening the operation in 2007, which will be run from the Alboran Marina in Palma, as well as from Mahon in Minorca."
