| This year Ribeye have transferred
all production of the newly designed Ribeye / Yamaha leisure
range to Ribeye South Africa. This has made available to the
European market a highly comprehensive range of quality built
RIBs at prices not previously available.
This range is powered exclusively by Yamaha and is available
throughout the Yamaha dealership.
The RIB range starts with the Tender 2.8m and 3.3m, and continues
with the Wavecross 3.6m, 4.0m and 4.5m. Medium size RIBs include
the Playtime 5.0m, 5.5m and 6.0m. The largest models are the
Sports 6.5m, 7.65m and 8.0m stepped hull.
The whole range has been extensively redesigned to include
new splashwells, decks, consoles and seating. New moulded
decks incorporate a patented rail system which allows console
and seating options to be fitted very simply.
Ribeye's factory in South Africa have been making inflatables
for many years. These will be new to the Ribeye range.
The Ribeye range will be marketed competitively on a worldwide
basis and for 2003 Ribeye will be talking to many parties
around the world.
