With the exponential growth and more demand for custom tender builds, Ribeye Boats requires someone who can manage the build process for custom projects whilst also being flexible and hands-on.

Ribeye is looking for skilled GRP Finishers to join the composite team in a diverse selection of projects at their Dartmouth headquarters.
Nature of the role:
You will be required to work within our busy GRP department primarily with works including:
- Production of hull, deck, and small mouldings, involving the infusion
- Wet and hand lay methods
- Abiding by technical drawings and instructions
- Development and manufacture of new moulds
- General workshop duties
- Contributing to the assembly of the craft
Skills:
- Industry experience preferred
- Experience with infusion desirable
Salary:
- Competitive salary dependent on experience
